2013 Guild B-54CE Standard Acoustic-Electric Bass – Used

If you’re looking for an acoustic bass that delivers both projection and playability, this incredibly clean 2013 Guild B-54CE is a great example. Built with a solid spruce top and layered maple back and sides, this jumbo-bodied acoustic bass offers a clear, punchy low-end with plenty of volume unplugged and an articulate, subby tone when amplified. The 34″ scale length gives it a familiar electric bass feel, while the rosewood fingerboard and mahogany neck offer smooth playability up the neck. This model comes with a factory-installed Fishman Matrix Infinity pickup system, making it stage-ready with onboard volume and tone controls for dialing in your sound on the fly. The 1 5/8″ nut width keeps things comfortable for players used to narrower neck profiles, and the Gotoh lightweight die-cast tuners provide smooth and reliable tuning stability. The top is supported with traditional X-bracing, while the arched back (built without back braces) enhances projection and resonance, contributing to the B-54CE’s well-balanced and responsive acoustic tone. Whether you’re accompanying a solo act, playing in an acoustic group, or want a different texture in the studio, the B-54CE is a solid choice. This one is in exceptionally clean condition, showing virtually no wear, and includes its original hardshell case.
