This Taylor 812ce 12-Fret was built in Taylor’s California factory in 2023. It’s in excellent structural condition and very good cosmetic condition. It’s picked up a few tiny scuffs and dents here and there but none that break the finish. There is just a hint of fret wear. This 812ce 12-Fret produces a balanced tone with a lot more volume than you’d expect from a smaller guitar. It features the classic tonewood pairing of Indian rosewood and Sitka spruce.
The 12-frets-clear design puts the bridge closer to the middle of the soundboard, and brings your left hand closer to your body, so this is also a great guitar for tucking under your arm when songwriting, or playing in a comfy chair. Thanks to the V-Class bracing, it produces more volume than you might expect. The 812ce 12-Fret responds to the lightest touch and yet it can be played aggressively without breaking up. No matter where you play on the neck, the notes ring out clearly without any variation of timbre or volume. Includes the original hardshell case, which is in equally clean condition.
