2014 Martin 000-15M Acoustic Guitar – Used

The 000-15M is one of our favorite Martin models as they can’t be beat when it comes to sound and playability, plus that made-in-Nazareth vibe, and at a very reasonable price. This example 2013 has seen its satin finish rubbed a little bit more glossy on the neck barrel and on a couple places on the top but the player apparently was extremely careful so that’s about the only sign of playing wear (the slight fret wear is hard to see, so along with being careful they also had a very light touch). There are no cracks that we can see and it includes the original hardshell case, which is in sexually clean condition.

When Martin introduced the all-mahogany 15 Series, 85 years ago, a footnote at the bottom of the catalog page read: “Many styles, one quality.” When you play this modern version, which is little changed except for the addition of an adjustable truss rod in the neck and better tuners, you realize Martin’s understatement was spot-on.
