Tom Anderson’s Icon Classic is more than just a modern take on a vintage S-style guitar. It has a comfortable, broken-in feel as soon as you pick it up. The neck profile and stainless-steel frets make this guitar play like a dream. The VA Series single-coil pickups give a clear yet full-bodied sound, perfect for vintage purists and modern players alike. The HF2 humbucker pairs well with the other pickups and even has a coil-split feature. This is a great guitar if you are looking for a lightweight workhorse with excellent playability and a wide array of tonal variety. The frets are like new, and overall, it doesn’t show signs of wear, other than the factory finish checking, of course.
