2021 Eastman MD305 Mandolin – Used

This Eastman MD305 was made in 2021 and it’s in excellent lightly played condition. Like all of Eastman’s A-style mandolins, the MD305 has a solid, hand carved spruce top with solid, hand carved maple back. It has a satin finish and ivoroid binding around the top. The ebony fretboard is inlaid with pearl dots and has a radius. The MD305 has the percussive bark that bluegrass demands when you dig in hard, but if you back off a bit, it works well for Celtic styles, old-time string band music, jazz and just about any style you can think of. Includes a hardshell case.
