Deering Goodtime 5-String Openback Banjo New

The 5-string Deering Goodtime is our most popular open-back banjo and an excellent value for a beginning or intermediate picker looking to get into the banjo world. It features a 3-ply maple rim that produces a clear, ringing tone. The Goodtime tailpiece is Deering’s own design and the tension hoop is rolled in-house from raw metal. And at only 4 pounds, the weight makes it ideal for both children and adults to play and travel with conveniently.
