The 50th Anniversary 217e-SB Plus LTD is the first model with the Grand Pacific body shape in the 200 Series. It’s crafted from layered Indian rosewood back and sides and a solid torrefied Sitka spruce top. The torrefied top, decked out with a tobacco sunburst, yields a sweet, round tone with a touch of vintage clarity. This model features Taylor’s C-Class bracing, which adds volume, sustain and low-end presence. The round-shoulder dreadnought is a great all-purpose instrument, perfect for everything from strumming cowboy chords to flatpicking runs to softer fingerpicking. The limited-edition appointments include diamond fretboard inlays, gold tuners, ebony bridge pins with gold dots and a commemorative interior back label. It ships with ES2 electronics and a sturdy AeroCase.
