Excellent repairs that guitar manufacturers trust

We first started performing warranty repair service for C.F.Martin just about fifty years ago, when Martin was a much smaller company, and we were among fifteen warranty service shops in the country. Our association with the country’s oldest manufacturer of fine acoustic guitars has helped us earn a reputation for high quality service.

Because of our stature in the service sector, we’ve been invited to do warranty work for a number of manufacturers, and often get referrals from factories that don’t have a regular network of service centers.

Over the last couple of decades the guitar industry has grown significantly, to say the least, so the high demand for warranty work has required us to restrict our involvement primarily to instruments we sell here at Gryphon.

We do quite a bit of courtesy work for purchasers of our instruments as well.
